Wet Thrust rules and stats...

Now availible are the most recent stats and rules modifications for Wet
Thrust (yes, yes the name will be changed as not to offer too many
openings for bad jokes)  Currently stats for Americans and Japanese are
available with more small ships coming soon.  British, German, Italian
and
French ships will be available if there is sufficient demand.

Further modifications for WWI, conversion to David Drake's Surface
action
and additional rules for Submarines, sighting and smokes screens are in
the works.
