I have a couple of them myself and seen all of them painted up on a
display stand.	They are not the superdetailed ships that you can find
in the Full Thrust, Traveller, Silent Death or Babylon 5 lines that
are currently available. They harken back to a much simpler era
when spaceships were envisioned as being "smoothskinned". That
said, I use them mainly for system ships or really early FTL designs.
I like the ones I have. The castings were easily cleaned up with
very little surface defects (such as pinholes, cracks. etc.).
One thing to note is that they are lead miniatures, not the brittle
pewter stuff that most of the manufacturers are using today.
