A Higher Signal To Noise Ratio

Can we all just agree to keep it (signal) higher than it has been
getting
lately (far too much junk post of late) and to move even vaguely off
topic 
discussions to personal email rather than the list. 

What's signal is a little subjective but I'd agree with Oerjan mostly.

Range Beam rules posted a couple of weeks back, which I really liked.
