SGII: Question for Jon Tuffley re: NSL MICV GMS/L

Is the NSL's MICV (Gauntlet II APC/MICV) Missle tube a one-use-only
system?
 It seems to me that it is, or APCs end up having alot more offensive
capability than they should have.
