It would make for some interesting design rules.  The capitals
would mount AA batteries and fighterbays.  And watch the horde
of mass 18 escorts closing with your fleet.

It almost sounds like a fun tournament scenario.

	1. Propose a bizarre set of design rules and constraints.
	2. Assign a set point value for fleet design.
	3. Design them
	4. Fight them.
