Yes indeed, those ground-attack bombing runs can be devastating!

Excatly!  Even the presence of ADS tanks will protect your forces -- the
ground-attack fighters are VERY expensive, and the guy fielding them
will
NOT want to take a chance on losing them.

The other solution is to stay as dispersed as you can to minimize the
effects of the bombing runs.
