Ah.. Another fan of the Centauri.
The Narn's merely appear spiritual because they are primative and
superstitious. The Centauri will try to teach them culture and
civilisation (after all, being a peace loving race, they can ignore
the fact that the Narn's started a war which cost the loves of
hundreds of innocent Centauri).
