What about magazines--some way to buy a storage area aboard ship and
load
it with extra mines, or missiles or submunitions so that the original
system
purchased is the launch system and weapon but after its fired, x number
of turns
later its reloaded from the magazine? After all a minelayer is not going
to
have every mine in its hold loaded on the racks!
