I understand about the malicious use, but to be honest
I'm more worried about malicious bugs ;)
The reasons I would go with Rhino are:
1. It's free and ready to go
2. It supports the DOM used by the scenario files
3. Better chance that our scenario writers are
familiar with JavaScript than <insert language here>
4. Rhino is Java native, so I don't have to port it.
