Beam 1/PDS Bug



In the most recent turn of game 1350, I see that the Program is  
misreading fire orders.
A number of Class 1 beams were commanded in th orders phase to target  
ships. But the turn report shows they were targeted at a fighter  
group. THis is doubly in error because the fighter group wasn't even  
in range to be attacked by those beams. I couldn't have *selected*  
them as a target if I'd wanted to.

As it was, four beam dice that would have gone against ships were  
wasted. This is relatively minor at this stage of the game, still it  
would have been nice.
