Screen Size Problem

I have come across a small problem with FTJava.  My laptop runs at
1024x768 resolution.  I'm playing scenario "The Thorian Incident" as
the New Anglicans.  When I open up the weapons targeting for the
Thoria Station, I can't see all the weapons.  I can't resize the
weapons window.  The last weapon I can see is a Class 2 Beam.

Can the weapon window be resizeable?
