The FTJava signup site reflects the contents of the CVS repository, i.e.
the "official" scenarios. It doesn't handle user-written scenarios
because of the potential for abuse (since it's open to the web, and
anyone could register). This list is probably the best place for asking
people to join a game with a custom scenario - just make sure you say
"contact me rather than using the signup site".
