[Scenarios] Siege of Sol 4, Alpha Dogfight

I just submitted Siege of Sol 4: Supply Run to Jon. It's a 5 player  
game.

I also submitted a NAC/ESU Light carrier duel that I also intend to  
use as a FTF playtest of new fighter rules.
