Game993 problem.

In Game 993 I had combat orders not saved or sent by client.

I looked at the outgoing order xml file and saw that my fire orders
were not actually in there, so assumed I'd goofed in the save/send
order, but then I reloaded the turn, repeated my orders and saved the
file. This time I _know_ the orders were correctly done, but the xml
file still doesn't show them.

So I did it _again_ and _this_ time the xml file _has_ the orders.

Any advice? Should I check the outgoing xml regularly now?

I don't know if I should ask to re-run the combat turn, since it's
still possible that it was my oversight on the orders - in which
case, I snooze, I lose. But on the off chance I've found a quirk... I
just don't know if it makes any sense.

-Noam
