Remember that everything is sent via email, and that many players
are still on dial-up. File size is still an issue for these people,
even if they have 100 TB on their home system.

It's very loose at the moment. I think that it would be useful for some
of the JUnit tests. A review of the format would be appropriate pre-1.0
release.
