I cannot put together a sight yet, but my company is doing PHP/MySQL sights 
now and I'm slated to start working with it soon.  (We're also using Ruby on 
Rails, wich makes a lot of the development easier.)    I work mostly wiht 
the old CD product, so don't hold you breath waiting for me to get up to 
speed.  (I don't self study well.  Get distracted by Wow and such.) However 
I have found a few hosting sights I could point ya at.
