Problem with dialog size

textfilter: chose text/plain from a multipart/alternative

I'm not sure if this is just a Linux thing or what.  But, I opened up the
weapons targetting dialog box for a ship and didn't have a combo box to
select my target from.  It looks like the combo box is trying to be there,
but the dimensions just don't fit right.
