FreeBSD Port: /usr/ports/games/ftjava - License Question for Jon

Jon,

Working on a FBSD port of FTJava and plan to get it added to the
standard FBSD port collection (user /usr/ports/games/ftjava). It runs
currently as is but each user has to download it manually instead of
global installing via the FBSD port mechanism like most ported FBSD
software.

As far as I can tell, the license allows for adding this but I might
run into an issue with "Redistribution and use in binary form, without
modification,".

The problem is "without modification". To get this to run on a
multiuser system with a global / world install (e.g.
/usr/local/share/ftjava) I need to modify some of the files included in
the distro. Don't need to touch the jar's or any of what I think of as
FTJava (items in the ftjava directory) but do need to modify items such
as RunFTJava.sh, the README, inclusion of a man (I can send the man to
you if you want)), and some other minor items. FBSD is really
particular though about including items w/ iffy licensing issues so
want to double check it is OK to make these modifications and get a
port of this added to the FBSD.
