I assume you mean "has NOT obtained it"? But you still ought to know
what your effective range to the target is. If your target has
stealth, you should be able to tell that.

IIRC, my missiles have an arc with two range bands. I put a marker at
the outer edge of the second range band, and the salvo actually
appeared at the edge of the inner RB. (I then cancelled the salvo --
it was a missile from the Turcoman, RIP). I assume that was a stealth
effect.
