Oerjan is correct.  The stealth modifier reduces the range band such
that your class 2 beams were out of range.  Why do I not modify the
range in the targeting dialog?  Fog of war.  I don't want to reveal
stealth information if your team or fleet has obtained it.

I don't see anything wrong with your missile salvos. I'm looking
at the turn 3 movement phase for your game.
