Is the FT Java server down?

I have not been able to get a response from the FTJava server all last
night and today (EST).  Is the machine down for maintenance?  I checked my
logs and the mail messages had been sent and successfully received but
nothing more has happened.

I have queried the server with the STATUS Game784 message, but still
nothing has been returned.
