V0.18 Bug?

I figured out what is happening with the short cut keys.  When I press a 
key while a ship is highlighted in the list, the highlight jumps to the 
next item (ship, squadron, nationality, or even scenario name) that starts 
with that letter.  For example, if CA Frankenwald is highlighted and I 
press "B" the highlight jumps to BB Maria von Spanien.  If I press "B" 
again, it jumps to BC Baumer.  If I press "E" it jumps to Eurasian Solar 
Union.  If I press "N", which is not a shortcut key, it jumps to 
NSL.  Curiously, the shortcut keys still work as they are supposed to, they 
just cause the highlighted ship to change.

So it's not random.  There should be some way to disable this.
