Game 607 is finished

Captain seems to be AWOL, as he hasn't responded with a turn since January 
or February, and I'm in a winning position anyway, so game 607 can be ended. 
Scenario was Picket Duty.  I took NSL  An interesting and close fight for 
the most part, but I got a quicker turn after the initial pass due to a 
better angle (though that was mostly luck rather than planning), and so was 
dishing out more than I was taking.
