RE: Multi-turn arrivals via FTL and Salvo Missiles



Related to this, I remember having several fighter groups in the last game
lock onto deep space when on generic "attack nearest ship" or "attack
nearest fighter" orders.  They may be locking on to a deceased enemy ship,
but I'll look next time I encounter the problem.
