Update of scenarios

Hello,

The list of scenarios on the FTJava homepage doesn't match the scenarios 
available on the Game Signup Page - eg., the GZG universe scenarios 22 
through 32 have no descriptions, etc.

It'd be nice if the scenario descriptions were updated... all in your 
copious free time, of course <g>
