Game717: Carrier Ops!



13 turns and I have *finally* gotten the NAC ships turned around towards the
enemy.

The deployment for this game does not lend itself to vector movement.
Either the speeds need to be lower or play only in cinematic.
The fleets are currently over 80MU apart and will take quite a while to get
back together.  Also, the fleets *interpenetrate* on turn 3 and there is no
way to prevent it.  
I have taken more damage from beam fire than fighters so far (due to the
hideous amount of damage inflicted in that single turn).

Only 4 NAC fighters with endurance left and 14 ESU fighters with endurance.
ESU CV and NAC CVL are still alive.

The NAC PDS seem to be defective; up until the current turn, the kill ratio
against ESU fighters was less than 40%; some turns the carrier C-1 scored
more kills.

I'm beginning to suspect that the victory conditions should have the NAC and
ESU reversed, but I'll see how the rest it plays out.  The ESU carriers have
a lot more hull points than the NAC to absorb damage.
