FTJava new server hardware purchase

Hi all,

After all the near misses with the old FTJava server laptop,
it's time to retire it.  The battery has long died and I have to
update the clock hourly with a query to the NIST time server.
It'll hang periodically and disrupt your game play.

I've purchased a new server laptop that I'll be getting by next
weekend.  It's a Toshiba Tecra 8100, 700 MHz, 256MB, and
12 GB hard drive.  This will greatly improve the hardware reliability
issues with the FTJava server and it will allow me to update the
code more rapidly.

Once I get the new laptop, I'll be backing up the current games
and installing them on the new server, so there will be some
server downtime.  I'll let you know when I make the transition.
