Bugs, Mr. Rico, zillions of them!

I appreciate all the feedback on the fighter errors, the ship editor error,
and user interface errors that you uncovered this past week. It has
been a bit frustrating for me, but it makes for a sounder gaming system
for all of us to enjoy.  I hadn't planned on making a new release, but
it was needed.  Thank you.

Version 0.17 is available from the webpage.  The list of errors corrected
are posted.

The Mac application version will be available shortly.
