FTJava: resizing for V0.16

When I resize the main window to make it narrower (so I can see the
map at the same time), the text doesn't resize with it. Generally this
only is an aesthetic issue, but the string "Vector Plot" keeps running
over into the field where you're supposed to enter movement orders, so
I have to resize the window again if I want to see what I've ordered.
