New server feature

Many of you like to generate your own scenarios.  In
addition, Roger is working on code to support a campaign
game feature for FTJava.

In order to support these functions better, the FTJava
server now supports a list of authorized game starters,
based on your e-mail address.

Each person who is interested in submitting their own
games to the server will need to sign up and receive
an unique server password for their e-mail address.

The following procedure is required:

To: ftgm@xxxxxxxxxxxx
From: your_registered_email
Subject: new game your_password
Attachment: Game.xml

Your new game will be submitted and assigned a new number.
